This page explains what Counterpart collects through counterparttrucking.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Demo requests. When you book a demo we store your name, role, dealership and the phone number or email you give us.
• Spam protection. We store a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address with each request so we can limit how often one connection can submit the form. We don’t store the IP address itself.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs for a short time to run and secure the site.

How we use it

We use demo requests only to contact you about Counterpart. We don’t sell your information or share it with advertisers. This site doesn’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Call data

If you later share call recordings or other call data with us for a demo, we sign an NDA with you first and use that data only for your demo.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep demo requests for as long as we’re talking with you about Counterpart. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, reply to any email from us or send a request through the demo form and we’ll take care of it.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update this page and the date above.
